Sup air paintball is a fast form of paintball on an open field with inflatable bunkers. At Adventure Paradise in Sevenum there are NXL-size artificial turf fields. Below you can read how the game works and what is useful to know if you want to try supair.
What is sup air paintball and how does it work?
Two teams start on opposite sides of an open field. In between are inflatable bunkers of different shapes and sizes. Those bunkers are your cover: you move from bunker to bunker to take better positions and eliminate opponents.
Because the field is open and clear, everything revolves around communication. Who covers whom, who advances and which side of the field is weak? The setup of the bunkers is called a layout. By changing layouts you practise different running lines and positions each time. The exact rules differ per training or tournament format.

Frequently asked questions about sup air paintball
Why is it called sup air paintball?
The name refers to the inflatable (air) bunkers you play between. You will also see the format written as supair, sup-air or subair.
How are the bunkers set up?
The bunkers are placed in a layout: a fixed setup across the field, usually mirrored so both teams have the same chances. At Adventure Paradise the layouts change for different trainings.
