The agreements that apply to every booking at Adventure Paradise.
Our agreements
What applies to your booking

Deposit
When booking you pay a €20 per person deposit for adult paintball, kids paintball, Adventure Games and the combo package; the rest as shown in the booking flow. All other activities, sport days, events, catering and extras are paid in full in advance.

Rescheduling
Rescheduling: there is no automatic right to move a booking. Moving is only possible after a phone call; Adventure Paradise assesses whether it is operationally possible.

Cancelling yourself
If you cancel, the deposit is forfeited: equipment and capacity were reserved for your group and could not be rented to another group. The remaining amount is not due, unless it concerns a product paid in full in advance.

Prepaid events and extras
Events and extras paid in full in advance: no refund on cancellation by the customer, as the spot, capacity, catering or extras have already been reserved or ordered.

No-show
No-show: if you do not show up without valid prior cancellation, your deposit is forfeited. If you paid in full in advance, the amount paid is forfeited and not refunded. No additional amount is charged.

Cancellation by Adventure Paradise
If Adventure Paradise cancels for a reason other than weather or force majeure, you choose between a full refund or a new date.

Weather and force majeure
In case of bad weather or force majeure, Adventure Paradise moves the booking to a new date; no refund is given. The AP Cup is an exception: if Adventure Paradise cancels it, the team receives the full entry fee back, whatever the reason.

Play time per package
Alpha: at most 120 minutes on site/playing, tied to a fixed start time; arriving late shortens your playing time. Extending until closing is not reserved online and is arranged on site (at least 500 extra paintballs per person). Bravo, Charlie and Delta: play throughout the opening day.

Opening and playing hours
Opening and playing window: 10:00–18:00, unless the activity page states otherwise (e.g. Woodland 10:00–17:00 and Speedsoft field rental on Wednesday evening 17:00–20:00).

Minimum group size
Adult paintball requires at least 6 people on Saturday and Sunday and 8 Monday to Friday. Kids paintball: at least 8 people; Adventure Games: 10; combo package: 10. If fewer players come, you still pay for the booked number.

Group size and referee
Groups under 15 people may be combined with other groups. From 15 people your group gets its own referee. This applies to adult paintball and kids paintball.

Safety and own risk
A safety briefing before the start is mandatory. Taking part in any activity is at your own risk: even when you follow the briefing, you remain responsible and liable for your own actions and for any damage to yourself, others or equipment.

Own equipment
Own equipment is allowed at all activities without prior approval; you then pay the own-gear rate. It must comply with applicable Dutch law; you check this yourself. Equipment that does not comply is not allowed.

Booking on weekdays
On weekdays, book at least 24 hours in advance.

Ordering BBQ and snack bar
Order BBQ at least 5 days in advance and pay in full in advance; once ordered it cannot be cancelled. Order snack bar food at least 1 day in advance; ordering on site is only possible while stocks last.

Complaints
Report any complaint to us as soon as possible, preferably on the day itself. We usually respond within 5 working days.
